When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item that did not fulfill your expectations you may do so at any time within 3 days from your received purchase for an exchange or refund minus the shipping costs. However; you may only return items after contacting us by phone or email to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and to receive shipping instruction and the return address. Since many items ship from all different parts of the country you can NOT return items to our business address as it will be refused and returned back to you.
Preferably use the same shipping method to return the items to the provided address; this address will either be a distribution center or the manufacturers warehouse. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure the package in the event that any issues arise during the transportation of the returned order.
All returned items must be in unused and original condition and in their original packaging (additional fees may apply if returned products are not in their original condition and packaging). Many of our items are offered for sale with free shipping so for these items the actual outbound and inbound shipping will be calculated and subtracted from your purchase refund.
Please also note that once an order has left a warehouse and it is listed as shipped in your account, it cannot be canceled.
If you refuse an order after it has shipped, it will then fall under our item specific return policy, where shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
